1986 Aft Cockpit soft top version, fitted with twin Volvo Penta AQAD30\31 turbo charged diesel engines driving through Duoprop outdrives giving the craft the capability of 22-24knots, but also very comfortable at river speeds.

 

SPECIFICATION

Maintained to a high standard with regular servicing throughout, the craft is equipped to the highest specification.

COCKPIT

 

To port is the helm position, which includes full engine instrumentation including rev counters, voltmeters, oil pressure and temperature gauges, trim and tilt switches and indicators. Additionally there are turbo boost gauges, VDO speed log, NASA digital combined depth and speed\log, Bennett Trim tabs and trimdicators, VDO helm position indicator, remote controlled searchlight controls and VHF radio. Helm and starboard seats are fully adjustable for height and rake. At the stern of the cockpit area is a full width seat, which converts to a double berth. All cockpit seating upholstery is in white vinyl trimmed with two tone blue.

Beneath the cockpit floor at the stern are the engines, power steering pump, 3x115AH batteries, ancillaries and hot water tank. A calorifier is fitted to the starboard engine for domestic water heating as well as a 240V immersion heater. Beneath the forward part of the cockpit floor is a single 120 gallon fuel tank.

Two 7.5kg gas cylinders are stored in a compartment to port; a similar storage compartment is to starboard.

The door to the main cabin has a sliding panel above, which contains a perspex covered chart table and chart storage area beneath.

There is a full canopy in blue vinyl with detachable window covers.

An intruder alarm system is fitted.

 

MAIN CABIN

Steps down into the main cabin, with storage under. The galley is to port comprising two-ring gas hob, oven and grill, sink with hot and cold water, 12V and 240V fridge and extractor fan. To starboard is the toilet and shower compartment including a hot and cold washbasin with shower attachment and the compartment is fitted with a shower wastewater pump and an extractor fan.

The main cabin area comprises a U shaped settee and table to port which converts to a double berth and a long settee to starboard, which converts to two bunk beds. The forecabin comprises a Vee berth which, with the addition of an infill panel, also converts to a further double berth. The 50 gallon water tank is under the fore berth.

All seating and upholstery was professionally recovered in 1997 in grey and there is blue carpet throughout. Lighting is from both 12V fluorescent type main lights as well as strategically positioned spotlights.

The craft benefits from Eberspacher diesel powered warm air heating and there are 12V and 240V power points throughout.

All woodwork is in teak and is in excellent condition. Headroom in the main cabin areas is 6feet 3inches. There are several wardrobes and cupboards, as well as under seat storage.

EXTERNAL

The boat is finished in white with a wide blue gelcoat stripe below the gunwales. A teak and stainless steel bathing platform and white powder coated Whitall davits are fitted to the stern. An anchor windlass, anchor and 40metres of chain in the forepeak with a stainless steel pulpit fitted at the bow. Along the side decks there are stanchions and parafil lifelines. The windscreens also fold giving an air draft of just over two metres.
